About KYC Solutions
KYC Solutions is the division of the Inquesta Corporation dedicated to background and personnel screening services related to employment, contracting, tenancy, competitive intelligence and due dilligence company research.
Inquesta was established in 2001 as a private investigations and security consulting company. It has grown to provide a range of risk control and management services including KYC Solutions, which was first established as a line of business of Inquesta in 2007.
Because much of the screening industry is regulated through labor and information protection laws, KYC Solutions is headed by Inquesta's General Counsel, Yvonne Fournier-Ferrer, an attorney with over 20 years of experience practicing law in government and the private sector. She is licensed in the State of Florida and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Our other officers, who are experienced former federal agents and government administrators (including as director of human resources) are also involved.
Our management team assures that our services are FCRA compliant and meet high standards — and we stand behind our products to ensure the integrity of your company's programs.
Also, if your "people" issue can't be resolved through standard screening solutions you won't need to shuffle the project to yet another company. If the problem needs to be resolved through auditing, operational consulting, due diligence, fraud prevention and detection, or security services, Inquesta can continue the work to a conclusion. With Inquesta you have a one-stop risk management firm you can trust to uphold high risk management standards.
